Intake
We start with a phone call to get to know you and your dog, and to learn about his/hers personality, needs, and routines.
Trial Walk
Next, we go on a trial walk where we gently observe your dog’s behaviour, obedience, and how he/she feels within the Poodleloo pack.
Personal Evaluation
After the walk, we share our honest feedback and impressions, so you know exactly how your dog experienced it.
Agreement
If everything feels right for everyone involved, we move forward with an agreement, and your dog officially becomes part of the Poodleloo pack.

No! We have keys to all our clients’ homes, so we can pick up your furry friend even when they’re having a little home-alone party.

Yes, we do! However, if your dog tends to wander off for a solo adventure often, we’ll ask you to provide their own tracker.

Dogs must be at least 8 months old, but preferably 1 year old.

We do prefer neutered dogs, but we always look at each case individually.

In a Mercedes Vito van. The van is equipped with built-in crates, so your dog stays safe and comfortable during transportation.

Rain or shine, we promise walks of at least 1.5 hours. Please keep in mind that additional time is needed for pick-up and drop-off.

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. After that, the full amount will be charged. Of course, we understand that exceptional circumstances can happen.

At Poodleloo, we don’t work with subscriptions. You’ll simply receive an invoice at the end of each month for all walks completed that month.
